At Nina Handmade, each piece is made with care and attention. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalized or custom-made items.
- Custom embroidery
- Pet portraits
- Personalized text, names, or designs
Please make sure all details are correct before completing your purchase. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Nina Handmade reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order
in case of incorrect information, payment issues, or misuse of the service.
Ready-to-Ship Collection Items
Items from our standard collection can be returned under the following conditions:
- You contact us within 14 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
Once the return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either with a replacement or a refund.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
- Nina Handmade is not responsible for lost return packages
Uncollected or Returned Orders
If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, refused, or due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom & personalized items
Custom-made items are not eligible for refunds. If you wish to have the order re-sent, a new shipping fee will apply.
Ready-to-ship collection items
Non-custom items may be refunded once returned in original condition, excluding shipping costs, or re-sent upon payment of a new shipping fee.
Please ensure your shipping information is correct and track your order to avoid delivery issues.
