Welcome to Nina Handmade. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Please read them carefully. :)
Handmade Products
All items are handmade or produced in small batches. For this reason, small variations in color, embroidery, or placement may occur and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
Product photos are indicative and may slightly differ from the final item.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, based on the details you provide.
For this reason, custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, and orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Prices & Payments
All prices are shown in EUR (€). Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
Orders are considered accepted only after payment confirmation
and order confirmation email.
Nina Handmade reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order
in case of incorrect information, payment issues, or misuse of the service.
Production & Shipping
Most items are made to order. Estimated production times are indicated on the product page and do not include shipping time.
Nina Handmade is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect delivery information.
Uncollected or Returned Orders
If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, refused, or due to an incorrect or incomplete address, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom items are not eligible for refunds. Orders can be re-sent upon payment of a new shipping fee.
For non-custom items, a refund may be issued once the item is returned in original condition, excluding shipping costs.
Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)
Ready-to-ship collection items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Care Instructions
Each product includes care instructions. Nina Handmade is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or handling.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, belongs to Nina Handmade and may not be used without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union regulations.
