Shipping policy
At Nina Handmade, every order is prepared with care and made especially for you. Please read the information below to understand how shipping works.
Production Time
With the exception of special market periods, all orders are made to order. Production time is approximately 7–10 working days.
Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched:
- Portugal: 1–2 business days after shipment
- Europe: approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination
Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal services, destination, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and the weight of the order. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Dispatch & Responsibility
Once your order is placed, it is carefully packed and shipped as soon as it is ready.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping costs.
Once the order is shipped, Nina Handmade is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
